The Facts

As efforts toward nature conservation grow, organisations are innovating to bring more environmentally-friendly end-of-life solutions to consumers. However, the majority of adults over age 65 have not yet made plans, creating a challenge for new entrants in the category.

Mission: (modified for anonymity) To encourage everybody to leave a meaningful legacy for the planet and for their loved ones who have passed.

Key Projects: Design and implement foundational consumer research to inform the company's future product and brand marketing strategies.

Aided by the research results, the company was able to initiate a successful rebrand and launch multiple products targeted to specific consumers.
